Job Summary
As a Quality Assurance Manager, you will lead Quality Control and Assurance activities on-site, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. You will supervise a team of quality professionals, monitor subcontractor performance, manage audits and inspections, coordinate corrective actions, and ensure proper handover of quality records.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Leading QAQC activities on-site to ensure compliance with contractual requirements.
* Supervising a team of quality professionals to achieve project goals.
* Monitoring subcontractor performance to guarantee quality standards are met.
* Managing audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement.
* Coordinating corrective actions to address quality issues.
* Ensuring proper handover of quality records to stakeholders.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must have a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, minimum 5 years of experience in Engineering, Oil & Gas, or Chemical Industry projects, IWE Certification or similar is a plus, fluent in English, strong analytical and negotiation skills, attention to detail, ability to handle multiple tasks under deadlines, and effective communication with contractors and internal teams.
