Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Service Manager to lead the delivery of high-quality technical managed services for our customers. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor, orchestrating end-to-end service delivery, managing customer relationships, and driving operational excellence across our infrastructure and cloud environments.
You will serve as the primary contact for technical delivery topics, technology discussions, and contractual entitlements for our customers. Your responsibilities will include leading technical delivery, managing system landscapes, and introducing managed services scope and roles during onboarding to establish strong partnerships.
As a Technical Service Manager, you will develop strategic technical engagement plans and act as a trusted advisor on our innovation roadmaps. You will manage SLA/KPI reporting, escalations, and operational security risks. You will also support business continuity, incident/change processes, and compliance tracking.
Your technical expertise will be key in providing technical support across our systems, infrastructure, and hyperscaler environments. You will coordinate customer activities and contracts with a strong focus on relationship building. You will maintain customer satisfaction through proactive issue mitigation and escalation management.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
* ITIL Practitioner or equivalent certification desired.
* High proficiency in customer communications and presentations.
* Proficiency in English; Turkish and Italian specifically are a plus.
* Strong understanding of SAP solutions, including S/4HANA architecture, conversion, migration paths, and tools.
