* Sales and Negotiation Competence: You will need to be capable of articulating the value of our platform to merchants, with the ability to engage in commercial discussions where necessary to support retention and reactivation efforts.
* Technical Proficiency: You must be proficient in the use of customer relationship management tools (e.g., Salesforce), reporting platforms (e.g., Looker), and communication tools (e.g., WhatsApp), or any equivalent tools as designated by us.
* Adaptability and Agility: You should have the capacity to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with the flexibility to adapt to changes in processes, tools, and merchant needs.
