Job Description
Operational and Permanent Control Senior Analyst Role:
This position is responsible for managing operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and implementing controls to mitigate potential threats. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of risk management principles and the ability to analyze complex data.
* Risk Management: Identify and assess operational risks, develop strategies to mitigate these risks, and implement control measures to ensure compliance.
* Control Implementation: Design, deploy, and monitor internal controls to ensure effective risk mitigation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Communication: Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including senior management, business leaders, and external auditors, to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
* Identify and Assess Risks: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential operational risks and develop strategies to mitigate these risks.
* Develop and Implement Controls: Design, deploy, and monitor internal controls to ensure effective risk mitigation and compliance with regulatory requirements.
* Monitor and Report: Monitor control effectiveness and report findings to senior management and other stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
* Experience: At least 3 years of experience in risk management, compliance, project management, and consulting.
* Skills: Advanced level of English, both written and oral; knowledge of MS Office Pack (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); ability to deliver results-driven solutions; excellent communication and organizational skills.
