Conversational AI Solutions Specialist
You will partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, design end-to-end conversational AI solutions, estimate implementation effort, and build demos and prototypes that accurately reflect customer needs.
* Lead technical discovery sessions with prospects, partners, and solution stakeholders.
* Translate customer requirements, constraints, and processes into clear solution approaches.
Impact & Responsibility:
Technical Discovery & Qualification
* Design conversational AI solutions using platforms like Automaise's (voice, chat, API-based tools, knowledge base structures, conversational graphs).
* Define integration architectures involving REST APIs, telephony/SIP systems, CCaaS platforms, and cloud environments.
* Produce structured effort estimates, solution breakdowns, and Statements of Work.
Solution Design & Architecture
* Build and deliver demos, prototypes, and proof-of-concepts for voice and chat channels.
* Own RFP technical proposals and respond to technical questions.
* Ensure proposed solutions balance feasibility, cost, and customer expectations.
Collaboration & Alignment
* Work closely with product and delivery teams to align early solution decisions with implementation constraints.
* Support the sales-to-delivery handoff and flag risks or trade-offs early.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency in designing conversational AI solutions, experience in integration architecture, and excellent communication skills are required for this role.
