My client, a leading global enterprise, is looking for an experienced Salesforce Solution Architect to join their team in Lisbon.
In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative Salesforce solutions, ensuring seamless integration and delivery that meets business objectives.Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design and implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and alignment with business goals.- Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, developers, and other teams to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.- Oversee integrations with third-party systems and provide guidance on best practices for Salesforce architecture.- Ensure high-quality delivery, compliance with Salesforce best practices, and alignment with governance standards.- Provide leadership and mentoring to Salesforce development teams, ensuring consistency in implementation and fostering a collaborative environment.- Engage in the ongoing improvement of Salesforce processes, identifying areas of opportunity for optimization.What We're Looking For:- Proven experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect with a focus on large-scale, complex Salesforce implementations.- Strong expertise in Salesforce Clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, etc.
), including integration with other systems (API, MuleSoft, etc.
