We were born in ****, and we provide services in the field of information technology.We are looking for a Front-End & E-Learning Developer to join our company, in one of our projects.ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop front-end interfaces for EUROCONTROL's Learning Zone (LZ) applications — particularly the "Create Course" Action App within the ACE (Administer Courses and Events) system.Translate functional and user requirements into intuitive, accessible, and technically robust user interfaces.Collaborate with EUROCONTROL's Learning Zone team, including developers, instructors, and subject matter experts (SMEs).
Design and validate API calls to ensure seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems.Develop e-learning content and modules using industry-standard tools (e.g. Articulate Rise, Adobe Suite).
Participate in interviews and feedback sessions with users to improve designs.Test, validate, and deploy completed interfaces on EUROCONTROL's TEST server environment.Perform ad hoc tasks for additional front-end or e-learning development projects during the contract.Attend occasional meetings or short missions at the Aviation Learning Centre (ALC), Luxembourg.RequirementsTechnical & Professional ExperienceMinimum 5 years in analysing functional requirements and designing user interfaces.Minimum 5 years in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and ASP.NET MVC (Visual Studio).
Minimum 5 years in e-learning development, ideally with Articulate Rise and Adobe Suite.Minimum 5 years in designing e-learning storyboards, preferably in an ATM (Air Traffic Management) or training context.At least 3 years with ASP.NET Webpages, npm, SQL, and version control (DevOps or GitHub).
Experience integrating software within COTS environments (e.g., menus, embedded pages).
At least 1 year of experience creating content in an LMS, ideally IMC Learning Suite.Strong debugging, maintenance, and compatibility skills for future-proof development.Communication & CollaborationExcellent written and spoken English, including with non-native speakers and non-technical users.Ability to work remotely but maintain core hours (10:*****:00 CET/CEST).
