Job Description
* Oversee operational activities for third-party service centers within a designated region, ensuring compliance with company standards, SLAs, safety guidelines, and operational policies.
* Build strategic relationships with third-party service providers, consulting with site leaders to address challenges and implement operational improvements.
* Leverage data and operational systems to evaluate site performance, identifying opportunities for enhancements in safety, operational efficiency, and cost savings.
* Lead continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing performance data and audit results, driving corrective actions and implementing cost-reduction strategies.
This role represents Supply Chain in the Portugal Country Leadership Team and has indirect reporting line to Portugal Country GM, collaborating with Commercial Leaders, Customer Service, Retail, and Asset Mgmt.
Key Responsibilities:
* Bachelor's degree in Business/Management, Logistics, or Technical Engineering.
* 5-8 years management experience in Subcontractor management/Site management.
* Strong experience in Lean Six Sigma and negotiation skills.
* Able to communicate with all levels of an organization, both internal and external.
* Good working knowledge of Excel and SAP, Power BI an advantage.
