Job Description:
We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team. As a key member, you will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to increase visibility, drive growth, and generate leads for our company.
Your mission is to implement innovative marketing campaigns, optimize SEO strategies, create engaging content, and analyze performance metrics to inform data-driven decision making.
With strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision making, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects, meeting deadlines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
You will be the first full-time Marketing Manager, reporting to our Global Commercial Director, and play a crucial role in shaping our marketing strategy as the business grows.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 5+ years of work experience in a Marketing Role with a strong focus on digital marketing, SEO optimization, PPC campaigns, and content creation
* Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decisionmaking
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
* Strong execution focus (hands-on)
* People-person who loves to collaborate in cross-country & cross-team projects
* Great interpersonal & communication skills in English
* Previous experience in SaaS, Tech, or Software would be a plus but not mandatory
