We are looking for an IT Business Analyst for a hybrid working model in Lisbon, Portugal.
Responsibilities Provide operational support for BAU activities related to Process Unity Perform functional administration of Process Unity tools and systems Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve IT-related issues and incidents Track, manage, and report tickets using JIRA, ServiceNow, and Microsoft Office tools Support incident handling and ensure timely resolution of operational issues Deliver Business Analyst support within a BAU environment Requirements Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or a related field Proven experience delivering IT support services in financial or risk-related environments Previous experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in BAU support activities Familiarity with LOA-related activities Hands-on experience with the Process Unity platform Strong knowledge of JIRA and ServiceNow for ticket and incident management Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications Professional working proficiency in English French language skills are required and considered a strong asset Availability to work onsite in Lisbon 2 days per week What you can expect from us Long-term projects with national and international context.
