Optimizing Logistics Processes
This role involves driving the implementation of process optimization tools and methodologies within a plant. Responsibilities include supporting the process improvement team by ensuring plant-wide adoption of process optimization methods, developing plant standards, defining deployment objectives, establishing means to achieve action plans, communicating improvement initiatives, and proposing visual management systems.
The ideal candidate possesses a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Business, with expertise in lean management methodology, strong communication and interpersonal skills, an international mindset, results orientation, entrepreneurial spirit, ability to work in a matrix organization, and proficiency in Excel.
