Easy4Pro is a leading logistics marketplace within the Redspher Group, focused on simplifying transport procurement. As the most successful and fast-growing start-up in Redspher’s portfolio - Europe’s leader in premium freight.

We are currently recruiting an Account Executive (AE) / Deal Closer / Business Developer

You will be reporting to our Head of Sales Execution and your main mission will be to convert qualified sales opportunities into new business revenue.You will play an active role in expanding our pipeline by identifying and engaging new prospects, whether that involves researching fresh contacts within our database, following up on introductions and recommendations, or pursuing entirely new market opportunities.

Key Responsibilities & Tasks

Consultative Selling: Conduct deep-dive Discovery Sessions to uncover the client's specific freight and logistics pain points.
Value Positioning: Position the Easy4Pro platform as the solution to their validated problems, focusing on efficiency, cost avoidance, and Hybrid Logistics enablement.
Deal Process: Guide prospects through the process, including demos, proposal building, and negotiation.
Trial Conversion: Secure the client's commitment to the Trial period and manage the deal to final conversion.
Internal Handoff: Ensure a smooth "Baton Pass" to the Account Manager (Implementation/Customer Success) by clearly documenting the agreed-upon scope and success criteria.
CRM Discipline: Maintain 95%+ data accuracy in the CRM for reliable forecasting.
Event participation: You’re expected to participate in events such as fairs ( but not limited to) whenever needed, to develop business and generate leads.
Leads Follow Up: contact all leads according to their status. from Raw to Qualified, should be contacted regularly. Lost cases should be reported and lessons learned to avoid in the future.
Profile & Requirements

Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B SaaS closing roles is preferred. Must demonstrate a proven ability to close.
Must be strong in value-based selling and focusing on executive-level outcomes.
Fluent in English - mandatory
Spanish, German and French will be a plus
Preferably with experience selling into logistics, procurement, or enterprise manufacturing/automotive sectors.
