As a Content Moderator, you will:
· Moderate video content on a major social media platform;
· Review and analyse content in line with company guidelines;
· Assign and appropriate tags and decisions to each video;
· Adhere to standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve issues and escalate complex cases, as necessary;
· Maintain adherence to established service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards;
· Participate in regular training, coaching and performance reviews to continuously improve service quality.
Qualifications:
· High school diploma;
· High language proficiency corresponding to market needs;
· High level of resilience to sensitive content;
· Attention to detail and patience with repetitive job;
· Preferred experience in a contact center/content moderation;
· High level of capacity to keep up with client updates regarding workflows/polices ("fast learner");
· Familiarity with social media products;
· Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
Availability/Schedules
· Availability to work 40 hours per week (this is a full-time position);
· Monday to Sunday;
· 07h00/22h00 – Rotational shifts;
· Days off – 2 rotational days.
