Job Description
We are seeking a talented Customer Engagement Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various channels.
You will assist consumers with questions and doubts regarding our products and services, resolve customer queries, and provide solutions to their problems. Your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive and effective.
In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet those needs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and providing feedback to the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* Fluent in native German
* Familiarity with regional vocabulary trends and expressions
* Good level of English
* Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
* Proven experience in community management and/or customer engagement on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, and LinkedIn
* Familiarity with Nestlé industry
* Understanding of how CRM systems work
* Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative mindset
* Comfortable working independently with high initiative and accountability
