Purpose
Ensuring that the IT Service Managemenet solution is available and meets the requirements of our IT and business users.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on matters such as CMDB, Access Managemenet workflows, Change Management, license management, Business Services, and Discovery.
Have a customer focused mindset, can work in a structured manner and are familiar with working along the lines of ITIL principles
Establish and enforce quality assurance processes to ensure the reliability, performance, and security of the ITSM solution through comprehensive testing and validation procedures.
Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the solution lifecycle.
Implement best practices, tools, and methodologies to enhance productivity and delivery outcomes.
Proactively identify and mitigate potential risks and vulnerabilities in software systems, including security threats, data breaches, and compliance issues.
Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of the solution configurations and procedures.
