As a Strategic Alliance Growth Manager, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of strong relationships with senior executives at partner organizations in the APAC and EMEA regions. Your primary objective is to foster collaboration and alignment on joint business objectives.
Key responsibilities include:
* Building strategic relationships with partners at all levels
* Growing awareness of open source capabilities among partners
* Demonstrating a deep understanding of the Linux and cloud software ecosystem
* Negotiating contracts and commercial business terms
This role involves managing partnerships with companies such as Lenovo, Huawei, Quanta, Fujitsu, Inspur, H3C, NEC, Asus in APAC, and Ericsson, Nokia, Bull, Siemens in EMEA. You will also manage and grow a team of Business Development Managers, helping them identify and pursue new business opportunities with IHVs, driving revenue growth and market expansion.
In this role, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies for joint offerings, oversee day-to-day management of alliances including contract negotiations and performance tracking, and issue resolution. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior executives and drive business growth.
