Main Responsibilities

* Process Optimization: Design, implement, and monitor standardized procedures to maximize efficiency and productivity.
* Risk Management: Identify, evaluate, and mitigate key operational risks to ensure compliance and organizational stability.
Key Performance Indicators
* Strategy Implementation: Translate the CEO's vision into clear operational plans and departmental targets.
* Performance Monitoring: Establish, track, and analyze KPIs, reporting performance insights to the CEO and recommending corrective actions.
* Growth & Scalability: Lead initiatives to build infrastructure and manage sustainable company growth.
Talent Development
* Leadership Mentorship: Mentor department heads and the senior leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous professional development.
* Culture Champion: Act as a champion for the company's core values, ensuring the internal culture supports high performance and employee engagement.
