We are looking for an experienced Continuous Improvement Global Projects Lead.
Our client is a multinational company expanding its Shared Service Centre.
Description
Manage, mentor, and develop project managers and CI professionals, fostering collaboration and continuous learning;
Set objectives, provide feedback, and support professional growth;
Lead and coordinate project management activities, ensuring effective resource use and timely delivery;
Monitor progress, manage risks, and facilitate communication with stakeholders;
Oversee change management, stakeholder engagement, and project documentation;
Analyze country-specific activities impacting end-to-end processes;
Identify improvement opportunities, design solutions, and prioritize initiatives bridging finance and supply;
Lead diagnostic projects with root cause analysis and actionable recommendations;
Drive solution design and action planning through cross-functional workshops;
Support GBS in identifying initiatives for service quality and efficiency improvements;
Assist in project scoping, selection, and prioritization of project pipelines;
Support the Botticelli project: define/update legal entity roadmaps, align regional teams, and ensure cross-functional collaboration;
Undertake additional actions to maximize the impact of SSC Continuous Improvement.
Profile
Fluent in English;
Fluency in French or German is a plus);
8+ years of professional experience, including 3+ in project management;
Experienced in team leadership and development;
Skilled in process optimization, value stream analysis, and Continuous Improvement/Lean practices;
Proficient in Lean tools (VSM, 5S, PDCA, SIPOC) and problem-solving methods (A3, Ishikawa, 5 Whys);
Strong data analysis, KPI reporting, and process improvement skills;
Familiar with finance processes and working in multinational environments;
Comfortable presenting to all organizational levels and open to occasional travel;
Knowledge of SAP, Power BI, and engineering/management background is a plus;
Supply chain and operations knowledge is a plus.
