About the Role
You will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our Life Sciences portfolio. This is a high-impact role that will give you the opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization.
* Optimize our life sciences traded products portfolio based on life cycle, product demand and new product introductions.
* Harmonize the assigned portfolio across global manufacturing sites.
* Serve as product champion and expert with internal collaborators, global marketing, sales teams, quality production, and customers.
* Support sales through the creation of product collateral and training materials, and active participation in the sales process, including customer visits.
* Collect and maintain data related to the market, product, capability positioning, and competitors, enabling data-driven decision-making across the portfolio.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in microbiology or similar applied science required
* 3+ years’ experience in related customer-facing applications, product management, or product development & commercialization roles.
* Results-oriented with a high sense of urgency.
* Demonstrated ability to make precise data-driven decisions in ambiguous scenarios.
* Ability to work independently, be highly organized, and have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* The ideal candidate will have product development experience, analytical testing, and instrumentation.
Job Requirements
* Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze data and formulate.
* Experience working in global cross-functional teams.
* Travel: approximately 25% (international).
* Demonstrated an ability to communicate in both written and spoken English.
