Technical Support Specialist
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical advice to customers throughout the product lifecycle.
* Assist customers by phone and email with pre-sales, during installation, and post-sales inquiries;
* Coordinate external Technical Services to perform repair or maintenance interventions as needed;
* Manage technical documentation related to after-sales tasks;
* Other duties may include managing inventory, coordinating logistics, and performing administrative tasks related to customer support.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong understanding of engineering principles and practices, excellent communication skills, patience, good treatment, tidiness, curiosity, eagerness to learn, and proactivity. A university degree in Engineering or Superior/Middle Cycle Training is highly desirable.
