Job Opportunity:
IT Support Specialist required to provide first-line support for incidents and resolve standard technical queries related to a single product or small set of products.
The ideal candidate will possess strong problem-solving skills, take ownership of listening to and understanding basic customer problems, and escalate issues as necessary to deliver required service levels and meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities include monitoring performance through statistical reporting and analysis, acting as a team player, and developing an understanding of customers' environments and service delivery requirements.
