Open Positions We are currently recruiting full-time, on-site professionals for the following roles: Interior Designer Junior Interior Designer Junior Architect Technical ESG Expert with H&S credentials Project Management Senior Project Manager Junior Project Manager Procurement Procurement Manager Procurement Analyst Property Management Property Manager Role Description Responsibilities vary according to the position, but all roles support TLG Global's core activities in real estate development, hospitality projects, international procurement and construction execution.
Depending on the role, responsibilities may include: Technical and design development Coordination of outsourced engineering and specialist teams Definition of materials, quantities and technical specifications Cost control, budgeting and measurement analysis Active support to international procurement, including quality, compliance and certification verification Project and site coordination ESG, H&S and compliance oversight Operational and asset management activities All positions involve close collaboration with multinational teams and exposure to technically demanding, real-world projects.
Qualifications Academic background relevant to the position Professional experience aligned with the role applied for Strong technical, organizational and problem-solving skills Ability to work in multicultural and international environments Fluency in English is mandatory for all positions Portuguese proficiency is required;
