We are looking for a Digital Engagement Specialist to support our Portuguese affiliate in shaping meaningful digital experiences.

This critical role can be based at Bial Headquarters (Porto) or in Lisbon, and will focus on planning, developing, and implementing innovative and measurable digital strategies to strengthen the customer journey. Your mission is to create a stellar digital experience, ensuring that every touchpoint is not only effective but engaging.

The Impact You'll Make

* Apply digital transformation initiatives across the affiliate, driving innovation and operational excellence;
* Define company's target customer segments and expectations, analysing digital behaviours and interactions to optimize engagement strategies;
* Design and implement digital marketing activities aligned with the Annual Business Plan, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence;
* Audit, monitor and evaluate program performance, adjusting tactics to improve key performance indicators such as Net Promoter Score, digital opt-ins, and website conversions;
* Manage inbound digital leads and support business development opportunities in collaboration with internal teams;
* Collaborate closely and work effectively with Sales, Marketing, and Medical teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging and customer experience;
* Comply with Policies, Standards and Procedures in place.

What You'll Bring

* A degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field;
* Experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry;
* Experience in omnichannel marketing at both strategic and tactical levels;
* Strong expertise in digital tools and platforms, including websites and portal management, e-mail campaigns, display advertising and SEO/SEM, interactive visual aids (e.g., Sales Rep's iPad Presentation), remote and virtual video engagement tools, social media strategy and execution, mobile apps, 3rd party media advertising, and sponsorships;
* Strong understanding of CRM systems and data-driven marketing;
* Fluent in English (spoken and written);
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across diverse teams;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, with attention to detail;
* Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment;
* Proactive, innovative, and adaptable to change.
