Main Tasks And Responsibilities
Noesis is looking for professionals with the following profile:
Manage and maintain the full Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Copilot, etc.), including tenant configuration, licensing and compliance;
Create and maintain technical documentation, including High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents and standard operating procedures;
Provide 3rd/4th-level support, hand over knowledge to Level 2 teams, and coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams for issue resolution;
Ensure alignment with security, governance, and global IT standards across migrations, hybrid deployments and integrations;
Profile
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field;
Minimum of 5 years of experience with Microsoft 365 administration and engineering;
Solid knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, PowerShell and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps).
Experience with Office 365 security and compliance tools, including Data Loss Prevention (DLP), Azure Information Protection (AIP), Microsoft Defender for Office 365 and Purview;
Strong problem-solving, communication, resilience, and proactiveness;
Organizational and communication skills;
Fluency in English.
