Job Description
To succeed in this role, you must be a creative problem solver who can design for direct response advertising and understands how to motivate action.
* You should have a proven track record of designing for DTC brands and improving revenue per session through A/B testing and optimization.
* Design Tools & Technical Skills: Expert in Figma and Photoshop. Some knowledge of HTML/CSS to understand implementation constraints. Experience with responsive layouts and design systems.
* Conversion & Revenue Focus: Proven record of increasing conversion rates and revenue per session, with examples of successful tests.
* User Experience & Psychology: Strong grasp of UX best practices, trust signals, persuasion principles, and the behavioral psychology that drives conversions and increases average order value.
* Communication & Rationalization: Ability to clearly present hypotheses, explain design choices, and share learnings with stakeholders.
* Portfolio & Track Record: Strong portfolio of ecommerce presell pages, offer pages, and checkout flows.
* Experience & Context: 2–5 years working in ecommerce or for performance marketing agencies. Comfortable working on high-traffic sites, subscription models, and funnels for both mobile and desktop.
* Soft Skills & Mindset: Data-driven, detail-oriented, curious, and proactive. Someone who loves testing, iterating, and moving fast while keeping empathy for the customer.
