Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented individual to fill the role of Helpful Support Specialist. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch customer support and contributing to the development of our products.
Your primary responsibilities will include replicating, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues with customers; debugging our codebase, identifying issues, and collaborating with engineers; escalating complex issues to product and engineering teams; and helping team members stay up-to-date on product knowledge. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to suggest process improvements to enhance our support workflow.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* You must be eligible for the IEFP Internship program;
* A Bachelor's degree is required;
* Availability for at least 6 months is necessary.
In order to succeed in this role, you should possess the following skills:
* The ability to debug, triage, and solve technical issues;
* An understanding of one Object-Oriented Programming language;
* Proficiency in working with Git and Unix command line tools;
* Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken English;
* The ability to maintain clear and concise communication for all cases.
