Buyer Support - Dutch Speaker (M/F/X)

We're looking for a dynamic and organized Dutch-speaking professional to play a crucial role in supporting vehicle purchase and sales operations for a leading company in the automotive sector. If you have a passion for logistics, contracts, and business management, and are fluent in Dutch, this is your opportunity
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide comprehensive support to the Business Partner in the vehicle purchase and sales process, utilizing your German language skills .
* Manage issues related to purchase and sales contracts, ensuring their accuracy and compliance .
* Coordinate vehicle transport logistics between various depots, both in Portugal and abroad.
* Ensure effective communication between all parties involved, facilitating smooth and efficient transactions, utilizing both Dutch and English .
* Work within an area requiring strong business management support .
Required Skills:
* Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) is mandatory.
* Excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Clear and effective communication skills .
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing contracts and documentation.
* Good English communication skills .
* Preferred: Knowledge of logistics and transport processes.
* Preferred: Previous experience in administrative support or business management roles.
Benefits:
* Attractive base salary: €1,600
* Meal allowance: €7 per day
* Quarterly bonuses: Up to €450
* Office hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
