The IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent in the Technology & Telecoms industry. This role requires strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently.
Description
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles.
Source and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards and social networks.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and preferences.
Maintain and update the recruitment database accurately.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Profile
Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
A results-driven mindset with attention to detail.
