Type of Offer Full-time Schedule 1.0 FTE Main Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate the production team Define production plans, deadlines, and efficiency targets Ensure compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and internal procedures Monitor performance indicators (productivity, quality, waste) Ensure compliance with quality requirements Identify and implement continuous improvement actions within production processes Collaborate with different departments to ensure operational alignment Ensure proper training, motivation, and performance evaluation of the team Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental standards Profile Higher education degree or technical qualification in Engineering, Production, Quality, or a related field (preferred) Previous experience in production supervision, preferably in the medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar industry (preferred) Knowledge of quality management systems and regulated environments Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills Good communication skills and ability to work in a team Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and results-oriented mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr
