OverviewSustainability Project Manager (f/m/div.) is a strategic role focused on shaping Bosch's corporate sustainability landscape. The position is located in Aveiro, with flexible and hybrid work options.
ResponsibilitiesDrive the establishment and development of sustainability frameworks within newly acquired companies, guiding and aligning with key stakeholders and local management.
Coordinate the implementation of sustainability policies and manage KPI tracking, ensuring timely initiation of supporting measures.
Oversee legal requirements and sustainability trends, including customer requirements and competitor analysis, to identify opportunities and risks.
Pioneer the company's focus on the circular economy by identifying high-potential projects and opportunities in collaboration with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Lead sustainable product design initiatives by partnering with R&D and Procurement to identify key drivers and implement strategies to make the product portfolio more sustainable.
QualificationsEducation: Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field.
Experience: Several years in a corporate sustainability role with proven success in stakeholder management and driving change. Direct experience with regulatory frameworks (e.g., CSRD), circular economy, and sustainable product development is essential.
Know-how: Strong project management skills with a track record of developing and implementing sustainability strategies; ability to set and track KPIs and analyze data.
Languages: Fluent in English.
Working Style: Proactive and entrepreneurial with the ability to build structures from the ground up; collaborative and structured in managing multiple projects.
Personality: Passion for sustainability, integrity, resilience, and diplomacy to build consensus in a changing environment.
