The Role: Scrum Master Location: Lisbon Work Model: hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office Sector: Financial Services ? Languages: English (C1) ? Eligibility: Currently living in Portugal and be legally authorized to work there Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable) Strong experience in Scrum / Agile environments; Solid knowledge of Scrum ceremonies (Planning, Daily Scrum, Review, Retrospective); Exposure to SAFe / Agile at Scale concepts; Strong skills in coaching, mentoring, and facilitation; Experience with Jira for backlog and sprint management; Strong IT collaboration and team facilitation skills.
Nice to have: Experience with SonarQube and MS Office reporting tools; Experience with impediment management and stakeholder communication.
Responsibilities: Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies and ensure effective team delivery; Support Product Owner in backlog refinement and prioritization; Coach and mentor teams on Agile and Scrum practices; Identify and remove impediments to delivery; Track team progress and Agile metrics (velocity, sprint goals, performance); Support Agile adoption and continuous improvement across the team.
