* Implementation and continuous development of the global master data management (MDM) and cross-system master data processes.
* Conceptualization and introduction of standards & methods in coordination with departments (e.g., Engineering, Controlling, Supply Chain, ...), business units, and central departments.
* Participation in and potential leadership of specific MDM project initiatives (e.g., roll-out, governance), including conducting process analyses and creating requirement concepts.
* Creation of change impact analyses and derivation of necessary process and organizational change requirements.
* Development of documentation and training materials, as well as conducting training sessions.
* Serve as a central point of contact and consultant for departments and business units globally.
Your profile
What distinguishes you:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree (e.g., in Computer Science or Business Informatics) or equivalent qualification.
* Several years of professional experience in master data management (MDM) and in data and process modeling of complex scenarios.
* Familiarity with project methodologies, preferably in agile environments, in an international context.
* Ability to translate customer requirements into technical specifications for IT system implementation.
* Strong analytical skills regarding processes and systems.
* Excellent knowledge of mapping master data objects in SAP (ERP / MDG), PDM, PIM, and logistics and reporting systems.
* Structured approach and effective communication skills.
* Proficiency in office applications.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
