We're recruiting Dutch-speaking customer service professionals for international brands operating from Lisbon — across e-commerce, fintech, health tech and consumer goods. Multiple positions open, various start dates.
What you'll do
Handle inbound contacts from Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email and/or chat
Resolve queries on orders, accounts, billing, deliveries and product information
Log interactions in CRM and follow escalation procedures when needed
Consistently meet quality and customer satisfaction targets
What we're looking for
Fluent in Dutch — C1/C2 level
English at B2 or above for training and internal communication
Clear, patient communicator — written and verbal
Comfortable with computers and quick to pick up new tools
Customer-facing experience is a plus, not a requirement
EU work authorisation or valid Portuguese residence permit
