Responsibilities:
Lead the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform
Manage a team of Salesforce professionals, providing guidance, support, and performance management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success) to understand business needs and deliver effective CRM solutions
Design and implement scalable workflows, automations, and integrations
Ensure data integrity, security, and compliance within the Salesforce environment
Monitor platform performance, identify issues, and recommend enhancements
Stay up to date on Salesforce innovations and champion best practices across the organization
Skills:
4+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or lead role
Salesforce Administrator certification required;
additional certifications (e.G., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) are a plus
Proven track record of leading Salesforce projects and delivering impactful solutions
Strong understanding of CRM strategy and how it supports sales and marketing operations
Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
Experience with integrations, reporting tools, and third-party apps (e.G., Tableau, HubSpot, Marketo) is highly desirable
