We are looking for an experienced and driven
Product Owner
to take ownership of our
business customer portal.
This platform is the primary digital touchpoint for our customers—providing essential information, tools, and support related to parcel shipping and delivery.
The portal is a cornerstone of our company's digital transformation, driving modernization and innovation:
* It serves as a
key enabler
in phasing out legacy infrastructure and establishing a robust new technology foundation.
* It's also a
co-creation hub
where internal teams and business customers work together to design and roll out forward-thinking digital processes.
In this role, you'll transform strategic vision into tangible digital solutions—guiding an agile, international product team toward continuous innovation and excellence.
What you'll do
* Discover, validate, and refine new features in close partnership with business stakeholders and end users.
* Develop and manage a
value-driven product roadmap
in collaboration with the development team.
* Lead the
modernization of existing systems
to ensure scalability and performance.
* Coordinate and align priorities across multiple product teams and business units.
* Promote agile methodologies and foster a culture of learning and improvement.
What you bring
* A strong focus on creating measurable value for business customers.
* Proven experience as a
Product Owner
—ideally with digital platforms, e-commerce portals, or customer-facing applications.
* Familiarity with complex system landscapes and B2B/B2X environments.
* Solid technical understanding of frontend systems and API integration.
* Confidence working with agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools such as
Jira
and
Confluence
.
* Willingness to travel to Germany several times per year (approximately 6–8 trips).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proactive, collaborative approach.
* Strong command of
English (C1)
;
* Experience in
logistics or related industries
is a plus.
