* Main Responsibilities:
* Partnership Development: Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including Introducing Brokers (IBs), Affiliates, trading communities, and KOLs.
* Business Growth & Performance Metrics: Drive regional performance by enhancing metrics such as First-Time Deposits (FTD) and Net Deposits (ND).
* Full BD Process Ownership: Manage the entire Business Development lifecycle - prospecting, qualification, negotiation, follow-ups, closing, and post-deal maintenance.
* Client & Partner Relationship Management: Foster long-term relationships with partners, increasing engagement, retention, and contribution through proactive communication.
* Market Research & Competitive Insights: Monitor regulatory updates, competitor strategies, user behavior, and market dynamics within the EU region.
* Localized Marketing Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing teams to support localized content, community engagement, and event initiatives.
