Oversee IT capacity planning across BAU and transformation. Coordinate governance, reporting, and external consultants. Ensure security and compliance readiness (ISO 27001 / NIST). Requirements: 5–8 years in IT Program Management or M&A (carve‐out / integration / separation). Experience delivering at least one IT divestiture or PMI.
