* Acting as a technical expert, providing guidance and support to software developers and product owners is crucial in this role.
You will focus on Project Management and guide the technical direction of the FE & BE part of the product. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Linux commands, server management, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and Azure DevOps.

This position involves addressing technical challenges and facilitating problem-solving. You will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with established coding standards and software development methodologies.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing technical guidance and leadership to software developers and product owners.
* Conducting regular reviews to ensure code quality and organization.
* Maintaining automation and improving overall system efficiency.
* Contributing to story/feature readiness with technical specifications work.
* Leading iteration-level technical ceremonies.
Required Skills
The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in .NET 8, microservices architecture, ReactJS, front-end development, and Redis. They will also possess good communication and collaboration skills, excellent problem-solving skills, leadership skills, and a willingness to mentor team members.
