Project:
Join our Content Moderation Project and help keep a popular social media platform safe and user-friendly
In this role, you will review and assess video content, ensuring it aligns with platform guidelines. After analysis, you'll accurately tag each video based on your evaluation. This position is ideal for individuals with strong attention to detail and a high tolerance for repetitive tasks.
As a Content Moderator you will:
* Review content on the platform to ensure compliance with platform policies, safety guidelines, and legal standards
* Maintain high quality standards in moderation
* Stay up to date with evolving guidelines and apply changes consistently in your daily work
* Escalate complex or unclear cases according to internal procedures
Competitive salary and remuneration system (incl. meal allowance):
* 1100€ gross x 14 months (it's 1283€ gross x 12 months)
* 100€ gross x 12 months – monthly paid fixed project bonus
* Meal allowance: €7.23 net/day (approx. €167,86 /month) via meal card
* Transport allowance: €20/month
* Night shifts: +25% per each hour worked
Your average monthly gross salaryrangesfrom €1,220 to €1,388, plus 2 extra salaries of €1,100 each (paid in June and November, proportionally to months worked).

What do we expect:
* You speak German (C2- native)
* You speak English (at least B2)
* You have strong moderation skills, verbal and written communication skills and rational decision making with local market expertise
* You have strong understanding of video platforms
