We are recruiting an Assistant to join our Residential Department team in the Algarve. The team operates in the office, residential, and hospitality markets, covering areas such as agency, investment, corporate solutions, strategic consulting, valuations, property management, architecture, construction, and research.
Job Responsibilities:
* Provide excellent customer service;
* Create opportunities in our CRM system;
* Store management and organization;
* Support all consultants and sales managers.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Proven knowledge in administrative work, with experience in similar or commercial roles;
* Autonomous, proactive, and collaborative profile;
* Fluency in Portuguese and English (spoken and written) is essential;
* Experience using Windows computer tools - commercial BackOffice knowledge is valued;
* Adaptability skills.
