Role Summary:
Lead and manage a team of Product Designers focused on product conception. Ensure team performance, adherence to design standards, and achievement of objectives while maintaining compliance with applicable regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate priorities with Project and Technical Team Leaders;
* Define and implement design rules and standards;
* Manage departmental risks and resources effectively;
* Foster innovation and continuous improvement in product design;
* Lead and develop team skills in a collaborative environment.
