Community & Property Manager Role Overview
Job Description
The Community & Property Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our location in Sagres, aiming to provide an exceptional guest experience by ensuring guests' needs are met, accommodations are well-maintained, and community engagement is fostered. This role requires a high level of service, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
* Welcoming and communicating with guests through messages or in person
* Responding to guests' questions and concerns in a timely manner
* Maintaining cleanliness standards and organizing properties as required
* Managing housekeeping schedules, controlling costs, and monitoring inventory
* Ensuring all items on the property are in good working condition and coordinating necessary maintenance, repairs, and upgrades
* Resolving issues and tracking problem resolution
Requirements
* Experience in hospitality and/or operations
* Self-starter with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
* Detail-oriented with proficient communication skills (verbal and written)
* Professional demeanor and customer-centric disposition
* Punctual and reliable with ability to work in a hybrid setting
