Reporting to the Assistant Director and the Operations Director, your main responsibilities will include: Contact with clients Carry out check-in and check-out Room allocation Payment management Complaints/suggestions management Managing a reception at busy times and during the night Answering questions about the city (places to visit, restaurants, transport, etc.) and any other questions that may arise before, during and after your stay. Profile: At least 1 year's professional experience in the same or similar roles Good communicator with a flair for customer service and enjoy working as part of a team Strong knowledge of English, Spanish and French (mandatory); additional foreign languages will be considered an advantage.
