Job Description
The role of the Process Engineer is to implement new engineering projects and support process changes according to client requirements, ensuring quality and delivery while minimizing costs.
Responsibilities
* Support project implementation and process changes, ensuring quality and delivery, and minimizing costs.
* Monitor project progress, including cost control.
* Plan equipment installation and removal from production.
* Prepare performance descriptions for equipment.
* Request quotes for equipment and materials purchases.
* Collect and analyze process data through coordination with production and quality teams to resolve problems effectively and optimize processes.
* Provide support to production lines to solve process-related issues using continuous improvement techniques and root cause analysis.
* Develop, review, and document manufacturing processes considering cost, quality, scrap, labor, and safety objectives.
* Implement customer product evaluations through prototypes, tools, and equipment.
