Responsibilities:
* Plan and deliver HR tasks on time, safely, efficiently, and cost-effectively.
* Support the administrative management of the onboarding process, ensuring alignment with procedures.
* Monitor and report HR KPIs, providing insights and supporting data-driven decision-making.
* Participate in HR round table meetings and contribute with presentations and analytical input.
* Propose improvements to HR processes and solve operational challenges.
* Support HR projects and ad-hoc reporting as assigned.
* Ensure compliance with GMP, HSE, and internal policies and procedures.
Requirements:
* University or equivalent qualification in Human Resources, Business Management, or similar scientific field (mandatory).
* Typically requires 2-3 years of relevant experience in HR and human resources administrative/legal processes.
* Good understanding and knowledge of human resources practices.
* Fluency in English is required.
* Computer literate with good working knowledge of the MS Office package.
