The successful candidate will be responsible for guiding and supporting junior team members, providing feedback and assistance when needed, and taking ownership of complex cases that require advanced problem-solving or decision-making.
As a key escalation point, you will help maintain a positive, high-performing team environment, especially during busy or challenging moments.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in customer service or operations within the hospitality industry, with strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities & Tasks
* Guide and support junior team members to ensure they follow procedures and deliver excellent service.
* Provide feedback and assistance when the team has questions or makes mistakes.
* Take ownership of complex cases that require advanced problem-solving or decision-making.
What You Need to Succeed
* Previous experience in customer service or operations within the hospitality industry (mandatory).
* Experience in a supervisory, mentoring, or team lead role (highly preferred).
