We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of TMS Support Technician. In this position, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our customers in relation to our Transportation Management System (TMS).
Key Responsibilities:
* Providing timely and effective technical support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
* Resolving customer issues and concerns related to the TMS system.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements.
* Developing and delivering training programs to customers and internal stakeholders.
Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a software or SaaS environment.
* Strong knowledge of transportation management systems and logistics processes.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
* Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, information technology, or business administration.
