Your Role
You will support customers from international brands, helping them with:

* Customer assistance via chat, email or phone
Languages We Are Looking For

* Swedish
* Norwegian
* Finnish
* Danish
* Dutch (Netherlands & Belgium)
* German / French (Switzerland)
What We Are Looking For
* High level in one of the languages above (mandatory)
* Good level of English
* Strong communication skills
* Customer oriented mindset
* Proactive and dynamic attitude
* Previous experience in customer support is a plus
