Internship Overview The internship will last 6 months and will be conducted through IEFP. Responsibilities Observe and understand the improvement tools used in the factory. Support the implementation of organizational methods and improvements in work processes. Understand the factory's production processes and contribute to the optimization of procedures. Identify possible improvements in work methods, organization, and production flow. Apply continuous improvement concepts to increase efficiency and quality. Qualifications Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Management Engineering, or a similar field. Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) and basic computer skills, especially Excel. Interest in the industrial field and production processes. Motivation to learn and develop new skills. Observation and analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities. Sense of responsibility, organization, and ability to meet deadlines/tasks. Ability to work in a team and good communication with colleagues.
