Job Overview:
The Procurement Specialist supports the team in managing procurement processes and relationships with suppliers.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials, adherence to quality standards, and compliance with contractual obligations.
* Serve as the primary point of contact between suppliers and internal stakeholders, fostering effective communication and collaboration.
* Monitor and update prices in the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system as needed.
* Analyze supplier performance data and generate reports on material costs, delivery accuracy, and other key metrics for stakeholders.
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide insights and recommendations to enhance efficiency and productivity.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Economics, Management, or a related field.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong team player profile.
* Proactive and willing to learn, with a growth mindset.
* Fluency in English.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
